Give fight analysis a clear view of both athletes.
The best analysis starts before upload. A stable view of both full bodies makes fighter identity, footwork, guard and contact timing easier to observe throughout the fight.
Use one stable, wide angle
Place the camera high enough to see the floor around both fighters and far enough back to keep heads, gloves and feet in frame. Avoid digital zoom and rapid panning.
- Keep both full bodies visible
- Use landscape orientation
- Prefer 1080p at 30 fps or higher
- Avoid filming through ropes, spectators or the referee when possible
Light and focus matter
Fast strikes need short exposure and clear focus. Use the brightest practical venue position, clean the lens and tap to focus on the ring before recording.
Choose a clear selection frame
After upload, pick a frame where Fighter A and Fighter B are separated and fully visible. Draw each box tightly around the complete athlete, not a referee or corner person.
Useful answers before analysis
Can I upload phone video?
Yes. MP4 and MOV phone recordings are supported when the resolution, duration and file size stay within the upload limits.
Should I crop the video first?
Only if the crop keeps both fighters visible for the entire analysed segment. Cutting out feet or exits can weaken tracking and movement evidence.
Bring one fight. Leave with a clearer next step.
Upload privately, select both fighters, and focus the detailed report on the athlete you want to improve.
